[RDBMS] SQL Query to Verify Installed Features and Components on Database

Verify Database Features
The V$OPTION is a view that lists the database features available to use. A database feature is an area of functionality that actually extends the capability of the server.

The SQL query to review the installed features is:
SELECT PARAMETER, VALUE FROM V$OPTION ORDER BY PARAMETER;

Verify Database Components
The DBA_REGISTRY displays information about all components in the database that are loaded into the component registry. The component registry tracks components that can be separately loaded into the Oracle Database.

The SQL query to review the installed components is:
SELECT comp_name, version, status FROM dba_registry;
